PHOTO/VIDEO/GRAPHIC DESIGN
It's your lucky day, because I'm fully proficient in Adobe CC (Okay, maybe not Stubstance or XD). My freelance career started in 2014 as a videographer, and I'm no stranger to all-nighters editing, delivering scroll-stopping content, and mastering post-production magic.
My experience ranges from drawing up storyboards, on set directing and DP'ing video productions with budgets up to $350K USD to delivering scroll-stopping bts/b-roll content. If it needs post-production magic, I'll make magic happen.
Yes, I'm a performative New Yorker— I shoot 35mm/120mm film—and have a point and shoot that I bring with me every time I leave the house.
I'm also proficient in Canva and most Web Design software/domain sites—I can whip up a killer flyer for the office happy hour, landing page or design quick assets for social and web.
EVENT DESIGN/PRODUCTION
Bat/Bar Mitzvah's? Been there, done that. Vogue-worthy Luxury weddings? No problem. A Halloween rave spooky enough to make a grown man cry? My favourite. Corporate dinners? No snooze-fests allowed.
I manage the creative vision and logistics for large-scale installations, including floral, draping/fabrication, and styling elements. I'll get my hands dirty at the warehouse fabricating, lead complex installs/breakdowns on site; or
My secret sauce is my construction background (I grew up in an old house and flipped real estate to pay for uni). This means I'm comfortable getting my hands dirty: whether it’s prepping 500 roses, rewiring faulty lighting, or patching holes at the end of the night.
My bread and butter is solving on-site logistical and technical challenges under tight deadlines— I'm the person who knows how the installation should be built because I've done it myself.
VISUAL + AESTHETIC STYLING
My keen eye for design and production expertise seamlessly translate into visual styling across temporary and permanent spaces. Leveraging my background in retail visual merchandising, and my personal passion for interior design (I've helped reimagine an apartment or two!),
I assist set design, staging, and wardrobe styling for various needs, including individual styling and e-commerce shoots. I'll even rearrange your couch if I think it will look better on camera.
My attention to detail ensures flawless visual storytelling—I am the expert who spots everything, from flyaway hairs to lighting flaws and framing composition, guaranteeing your visuals are camera-ready and professional.
OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT
I build human-centered systems that make teams’ lives easier. From staffing and warehouse logistics to accounting and expense reconciliation, and all the other boring sh*t you don't want to do. Notion and Asana are like a second language to me (as is Excel/G-Suite). Growing up as a creative in a family of Engineers, perhaps I exercised the left side of my brain more than I realized (thanks Mum and Dad).
I've successfully managed to not only file my own taxes every year and set up an LLC, but also company payroll, expense filings, and invoice billing using QuickBooks and Nexudus HR.
I eat overdue invoices for breakfast and conquer the chaos of file naming systems like 'Final Edit 12' and 'FINAL_FINAL_FINAL_v3.mov' inside and out.
ACCOUNT/CLIENT MANAGEMENT
Have a micromanaging client with a tendency to send a million (not an exaggeration) emails? Animator stuck on his "final" edit? A budget that goes quicker than a Pumpkin Spiced Latte on the First Fall Friday" / a Monday morning?
